The system is structured in annual cycles, with formats that invoke work that builds upon itself year over year.

HOW DOES SUMMIT JUNTO WORK?

IT STARTS WITH YOUR COHORT

IT STARTS WITH YOUR COHORT

Once you are accepted into Summit Junto, you are placed into a larger group of members called a Cohort.

Once assembled, all Cohorts are onboarded into the Summit Junto experience at the inaugural Opening Plenary.

IT CONNECTS THROUGH YOUR ADVISORY BOARD

Cohorts are further divided into Advisory Boards, which are made up of 5-7 members. Think about this group as your closest, most trusted collaborators; people who are committed to sharing their expert perspectives and diverse inputs for your best outcomes and biggest life.
